Orientation For New Producers

The Orientation class is your first step to becoming a  producer with Denver Community Media. This class is a 90 minute introduction to and overview or DCM service offerings, and will equip you with an understanding of our policies and procedures. This class is mandatory for all new members and is the prerequisite to being able to check out equipment and attend certification and training courses. New producers must bring proof of Colorado residency to this class. Classes may be held virtually or in-person. Those attending class in-person must abide by current COVID-19 guidelines including maintaining social distance and wearing a face covering.

Become a Producer

To sign up for a certification or training, you must first be registered as a producer. Group registrations are not allowed, each producer must create a member profile, login and register for themselves.  For more information about becoming a producer, please visit our FAQs page.
